Why construction syndication

Enter before rent, exit at stabilization

Construction syndication captures the value created between raw land and stabilized asset. The CEO Fund partners with developers on projects it can underwrite, syndicates the equity through Reg D 506(c), and holds through to completion.

Every project is Florida-based, so the same team can be on site.
