Frequently asked
Most investors clear verification within 2 to 5 business days. Individuals qualify with $200,000 or more in annual income (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) for the past two years, or a net worth above $1 million excluding a primary residence. The fund manager receives the accreditation letter directly.
After the subscription agreement is signed and funds clear, capital is allocated into the Mortgage Fund. Distributions are paid quarterly on the fund calendar; the first distribution typically lands in the quarter following the subscription date.
Acquisition, underwriting, servicing, distributions, and exit are all run in-house from the Miramar, Florida headquarters. Loans are sourced across 50+ states; the fund has purchased more than 500 loans since inception.

Yes. Self-directed IRAs and Solo 401(k)s are accepted. The fund works with custodians including Inspira Financial, TD Bank, and Edward Jones. The pass-through structure keeps quarterly distributions inside the retirement wrapper.
Investors receive quarterly distribution statements, an annual K-1 for tax filing, and periodic portfolio updates covering acquisitions, resolutions, and loss experience. Fund managers are also available for one-on-one review calls on request.
