Carlo Turner serves as Fund Manager and Certified Note Investing Specialist at The CEO Fund, a role he has held since the fund's inception. With more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, Carlo directly oversees the acquisition, financing, development, and delivery of the fund's assets. Prior to joining The CEO Fund, he worked as a Financier and Investment Banker specializing in Commodities, Stocks, and Bonds, consulting CFOs and hedge fund managers in securities transactions exceeding $100 billion. His deep expertise in real estate-backed investments and mortgage note acquisition has been instrumental in guiding the fund's growth strategy, helping accredited investors across the United States build consistent passive income streams backed by tangible real estate collateral.

Patrick Franz serves as Vice President and Executive Fund Manager at The CEO Fund, part of the Everley Mae Capital Group.
