An LP investment fund is typically structured as a limited partnership, where limited partners contribute capital and a general partner manages investment decisions. Limited partners usually have passive roles and limited liability, while the manager oversees acquisitions, operations, reporting, and distributions. Investors should review offering documents carefully to understand eligibility, risks, fees, liquidity terms, and distribution expectations before investing.
