With more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, Carlo directly oversees the acquisition, financing, development, and delivery of the fund's assets. Prior to joining The CEO Fund, he worked as a Financier and Investment Banker specializing in Commodities, Stocks, and Bonds, consulting CFOs and hedge fund managers in securities transactions exceeding $100 billion. His deep expertise in real estate-backed investments and mortgage note acquisition has been instrumental in guiding the fund's growth strategy, helping accredited investors across the United States build consistent passive income streams backed by tangible real estate collateral.

Patrick Franz serves as Vice President and Executive Fund Manager at The CEO Fund, part of the Everley Mae Capital Group. With 25 years of experience in capital raising and investor relations, Patrick guides the development of new financial alliances and manages strategic partnerships across both fundraising and asset acquisition. Over the past five years, he has specialized in the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of performing and non-performing first lien mortgage notes. Patrick is also actively involved in apartment housing development and large land development projects throughout Central and East Coast Florida.
